Merkins, Hills, Squats, and Lights

Warmup under the movie theatre 

head to the hill past pure barre 

5 sets of 20 merkins up at the top, run to the bottom 20 squats, and then back to the top of the hill for more merkins 

once we wrap those we stopped at the bridge for some quick stretch 

quick stop light stops on the way back to the theater for more stretching 

final move was some core work before recover recover
