Canuck spotted a large SUV traveling through NMP as the PAX were gathering at CCC parking lot. YHC realized it may be Phoenix after an invite to Viking the day before. YHC failed to mention the parking logistics at Viking to Phoenix ….after a quick text to Phoenix, he arrived safe and sound at our gathering place.
The workout was especially centered around an extra helping of merkins throughout the roughly 1.7 tour of North Meck Park. Perkins, incline merkins, decline merkins and regular merkins were offered up but not always readily welcomed by the PAX.
PAX stopped at our normal rock pile for bent over rows, curls, presses and skull crushers.
PAX performed a loop around the soccer field with a quick stop half way around for planks and 5 burpees.
PAX performed the “Final Four” separators on the basketball court after admittedly poor instructions by YHC. After each round PAX performed merkins.
PAX performed dips, incline merkins and decline merkins at the picnic shelter
Mosey back to starting point, stopping halfway for a brief mobility moment.
Upon arriving back to parking lot, PAX performed walking lunges and finished with LBC’s and pretzel crunches.

it was a great morning at Viking and thankful for Waffle House’s leadership over the years at this awesome AO! Always an honor to Q in the gloom with such a fine group of men!
