The Thang:
- Set 1
- 7-7-7 Curls ( 7 reps on one arm while holding other arm at 90 degrees from body, then switch arms, 7 reps on other, holding out the other, then 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Finish with 7 reps on both arms.)
- Alternating Lateral and Front Raises as long as partner does 7-7-7
- Squat Press x 15 reps
- Kettlebell Swing as long as partner does squat press
Repeated the above set
- Set 2
- ? Ab Roller x 15
- Kettlebell plank / mercan as long as partner does ab rollers
Repeat the above set
Run 1 mile
Mary:
- Mason twist with 25lbs x 10
- W's with 25lbs x 10
