2 men ventured down to Muscle Beach for a metal health assessmement

 

Warmorama:

1 mile run

The Thang:

  • Set 1
  1. 7-7-7  Curls ( 7 reps on one arm while holding other arm at 90 degrees from body, then switch arms, 7 reps                          on other, holding out the other, then 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.  Finish with 7 reps on both arms.)
  2.  Alternating Lateral and Front Raises as long as partner does 7-7-7
  3.  Squat Press x 15 reps
  4.  Kettlebell Swing as long as partner does squat press

Repeated the above set

  • Set 2
  1. ? Ab Roller x 15
  2.  Kettlebell plank / mercan as long as partner does ab rollers

Repeat the above set

 

Run  1 mile

Mary:

  •  Mason twist with 25lbs x 10
  •  W's with 25lbs x 10 

Repeated the above set

Moleskin;

  • ?Great morning for a workout, 65 degrees!  
  • Thanks for Slow Roll coming!  Workout would have been hard alone
  • 7-7-7 and Squat presses sting!
  • Great work!  Metal Health definitely improved today!
