Warmorama:

High Knees, Butt Kicks, Karyoke, Quadraphilia.  Circled up and did Arm Rolls, big and small, forward and backwards, SSH x 25, TS x 15, Windmills x 15, Cherry Pickers x 15.

The Thang:

Dumbell Workout: 10 reps of each of the following exercises

  1.  Goblet Squat 
  2.  Bench Press
  3.  One Arm Swing
  4.  Farmers' Walk
  5.   Bent-Over Row
  6.  Cross Body Hammer Curls
  7.  Step-Ups on bench
  8.  Dumbbell Scaption
  9.  Dumbbell Clean
  10.  Two Armed Stiff Legged Deadlift

Pax did 2 of the above sets

Mary:  With Dumbbells

  1.  WWII weighted
  2.  Mason Twists weighted
  3.  W's weighted – Natty
  4.  Boats and Canoes weighted – Surf and Turf

Moleskin:

  • 2nd new Wednesday workout in the books! 
  • Pax met at River Oaks Academy to avoid showdown with FIA due to the increase chance of inclement weather.  Normal workout location will be the Overlook Boat Launch Parking Lot.
  • Q breaks out the bench! 
  • Good thing Q brought the bench, Surf and Turf wanted to do step ups on El Tigre's truck tailgate.  Would have been a very tough step up!
  • Q has music fail, sorry bros…can't use internet and spotify at same time.  You could tell this was the DJ's first rodeo.  Metal fail as well with the "cookie monster rock" per Natty who wanted ABC music.  "Anything but Country!"  Couldn't get one whole song played…
  • future workouts may include some resistant bands and possibly a garage door opener bar…
