2 consecutive rounds of each of the following sets all performed with dumbbells or a kettlebell

 

Set 1:

Front Raise

Set 2:

Mercans with Handles

Curls

 

 

Set 3 :

Triceps Kickbacks

Skull Crusher using Kettlebell and bench

Dips

 

Set 4:

Squat press

Stiff Legged Deadlifts

Cross Body Hammer Curls

 

Mary:

Mason Twists weighted x 10

WWII weighted x 10

Mountain Climbers x 30

Butpees x 20

 

The Moleskin:

  • No rain but man it got soggy after this workout
