Then on to arms, where YHC quoted TopGun’s favorite saying, “Too close for missiles, switching to guns.” Thought no one heard me, so I repeated it. So then I was that guy. The old guy who repeats himself assuming someone will find me clever or funny… No more quoting TG for me.

Then another round of Core Corners, then yep – another round of arms.
Weights back, then oops – we have 4 mins left. A form of a merkin time bomb was held, followed by burpees and planks.
