Moleskin:
- Pax completed a bunch of reps this am! As stated in the title, Metal + Reps = Mass bro
- Q picked on different muscle groups, biceps line 1, abs line 2, chest line 3, legs line 4. Four back to back rounds of a bunch of reps of a muscle group will definitely add mass to that group.
- G-rip, G-ripped in mid sentence, the toothless one spoke!
- Rambler and BOF have been consistently coming to workouts at Muscle Beach, great work gentlemen!
- Got a few grunts and moans, especially on the 4th round of a line
- Congrats Grip and Slow Roll for leading the MIL F3 pax in attendance in 2021. Close race between these two.
