Since we only had 4 we just tossed the disc around for about 20 minutes.

Reflection
Can a Christian lose their salvation? I used to think yes, after further study I say no. It comes down to did the person truly give their life to Christ. If they did, the Holy Spirit would intercede and not allow them to stray.
“In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will, so that we who were the first to hope in Christ might be to the praise of his glory. - super low turnout today. I think even SVU had more. It's odd how some weeks we have 20+ then every so often we have just a few.
- Sonar, Bertha, and Clark stayed for the 5k. Then waited 3x as long as the run to get to the awards ceremony.
- with about 70 runners and 14 age groups nearly everyone went home with a prize.
- Dora 1-2-3 seemed to tire everyone out a bit too much for the race.
