Some people stretched…others waited on Snoopy's arrival. We discussed the routes, and took off.

THE THANG:
Option 1 – EZ 6 miles on the "#Gaga – Greenway & Birkdale Village" route. In reverse of course, bucause Auto led the group and likes to run in reverse. Not much talk from the EZ group, except the search for dead bodies coming off the greenway. Apparently caution tape was aplenty.

Option 2 – 4×1200's on the new "#Gaga – 1200m speed segment". Leaderboard is still updating, but I'm pretty sure Hoodie or HoneyBee took the KOM. Check it out later to see who's on top. Breakfast Club and Anchovy made a good run for it on their 4th 1200.

- TC wasn't here to update, but as a reminder…The Christmas Party is filling up. Once it's 2/3 full it's going to be 3/3 full really fast. And it comes with taco's. Just do it.
- Sign up for the basin run. They are looking for teams…get your team in fast. Prices are going up up up.
- Options will remain open with an EZ 6 to 8 mile option and a speed or tempo option each week. Tempo will follow the Hanson's Marathon plan for speed work…starting in November. Between now and then YHC will just make up something where we run fast for fun. Next week…3×1600's !
- Segments aplenty at #Gaga. As always, there are 4 segments for the taking. Hamstrings beware.
- Shout out to Auto on leading the EZ pace option today. And he stuck to the pace, in reverse, but who's counting.
