The plan for the day was to wing it, but keep it balanced. And here is what we did ->
Grabbed a jump rope, which everybody was excited for, then ran to the opposite side of the school. Blasting the tunes we (music is Bon Jovi Station):
– Jumped rope for a min.
– 5 burpees
– SSH
-Windmill
– Carrot plucker
– IST
Fitness test – Partner up and take turns
– 1 min – as many merkins as you can do
– 1 min – as many sit ups..
– 1 min – squats as you can …
– more burpees
Jog back to start, needed another rope
– plankjack – 20
– 5 burpees
Jog to raised concrete planters
– dips – 40 IC
– box jump x 12
– box jump x 8
– step up each leg x 10
jog back to playground (backwards)
– back with partner, each take turn to do 30 pull ups.
Back to rope
– Hope for a min.

Jog back to start, 50 jump hop
Recover, Recover
Mole Skin:
It was a solid day by all, including the pups that just wanted to play.
– Turbo is looking for a run to join his team in OR at the Hood to coast (I need to see if wife will let me go)
– Pray for Dingos mom Patty who is going to have surgery this week.

– Jazz hands and I go back to back workouts with the Horse shoe yesterday (scrappy too)
