Eight hard-charging men and one hard-charger canine sallied forth in a cool, breezy gloom to partake of their jugs.  Here is ye olde THANG:

Front leaning rest for muster, instruction, inspection and disclaiming.

Juggy joggy to the bus lot for CoP:

10 x ssh

10x jug straddle hops

10 x windmill

10 x jugmill

15 juggy squats

10 x juggy curls for girls

10 juggy presses

Muster at the juggy starting line to pay our taxes on the 1040 EZ form.  Partner up.  One juggy sprints 40 yds and back while other partner does a jug-ercise (squats, curls, tricep extensions, upright rows, etc etc etc) until each partner has juggy sprinted ten times (40 yds down + 40 yds back) x 10 = approx 800 yds of juggy sprints. 

Move to picnic table for juggy step ups and juggy lift medley

Move to grassy area to meet our old buddy Jugg Webb for a jugamid (1:4 ratio push-ups:jug presses up to 6:24 and then back down).

Juggy lunge walk

Juggy presses, birds and curls back to launch.

Plenty of Americans along the way.  For some reason it seemed like we did some every 5 mins.  Hmm.

Those were nice busses out there.  Apparently they are headed to Chucktown.  Wish I was going.

T-claps to the pax for stopping 5 mins early to participate in the F3 Nation-wide mental health stand-down.  While it was a brief pause, we covered the heart of the matter:  do your best to maintain strong connections with your brothers, a kind word or gesture can be very meaningful to someone who's down, if you recognize mental health issues for yourself or someone else, don't be afraid to say something/do something.  "OYO" is good for 10 burpees… not so good for mental health.  Aye.
