I was trying to think of what to do and I though with St. Mark being another great church like Lake
Forrest, I though how better to honor than to do the Samson Suicides. Shout out to Hassel Hoff also as this is his idea during covid which in my opinion is one of the toughest workout! I think Force and Rodeo called it before I could give out the workout.
Samson suicides is this week as it is the second Thursday of the month, come out and get the real full version.
Strong work by Soprano and Ultraman during the suicides they finished before everyone and came back to the six – great job!!
Toxic was sporting his hatchet socks, a reminder that he is no longer able to get close to any hatches, axes or wood!
