I was joined by 3 tough Pax for a good mix of workouts. A consistent focus on running to keep warm worked out.
After a quick warmup and a pull up appetizer :

Pull Ups OYO x 10
A mosey to the Macaulay circle was in order. Push ups and squats as each took a turn making a lap.
Then a mosey to the bus lot where I’d noticed at Mighty Oak somone had commandeered our blocks and put them at the bottom of the drainage ditch. Our first order of business was to retrieve them. Unfortunately, they were frozen to the ground, but mother nature was no match for us.
Then 2 rounds of:
Upright Rows x 20 IC
Lawn Mowers x 10 IC each arm
Shoulder Press x 20 IC
With a lap after each
Then a mosey back to the elementary school hill where a ladder:
Of Burpees and Squats (7) ensued.
We then returned to the pull up bars for
10 more OYO
WW2 x 20
Pretzel Crunch x 20 IC each leg
and a finish with Pigeon Stretches
Blackbeard was uncharacteristicly well behaved!
Very grateful to see Skipper on loan from MECA and the KoC and Boar Hog as he goes back to a busy globetrotting December schedule.
