Partner Up – 10 Perfect Pull-Ups, 10 Chin Ups & 10 Wide Pull-Ups, Helping Hand (each hand 10 reps), 10 Merkins.
One Partner did Curls with rock while other ran laps, 300 Curls then 150 Skull Crushers, finished with 150 Squats.
Two Bunny Hops up Stairs.
Coperhead Hill – One Partner did Low Flutter Kicks while other Quadifeelia & did 10, 8, 6, 4 & 2 Merkins on top of hill.
