March Madness Inspired workout today for the fellas. Started with a mosey and some warm up then onto the tournament.
Round of 64 (+4): Route 66 with burpees at each power pole at one each time (quick stop for 4 extra in the middle)
Round of 32: 8 squats in for each region in the tournament going around the parking lot.
Sweet 16: 16 dips, step ups, irkins, american hammers then lap around the parking lot
Elite 8: 8 dips, 8 step ups, 8 durkins, 8 WWI then lap around the parking lot
Final 4: 4 dips, 4 step ups, 4 merkins, 4 WWI then lap around the parking lot
Championship: 2 dips, 2 step ups, 2 irkins, 2 WWI
Then mosey to the basketball court for 3 rounds of suicides to get ready for next season
