Moleskin:
- every man put out an exceptional effort in both physical exertion and mumblechatter.
- YHC paid for clipboarding by doing all exercises with the PAX as well as squats the whole time they ran. Squats for YHC came out to 950 not a squat more.
- We prayed for all those on IR as it is a lonely place. I’m reminded of that now. The benefit of F3 goes beyond the workout. Truly I benefit from all three Fs.
