Sorry in advance for no PAX list and the brevity of this backblast. I am typing on a tiny phone keyboard and I am technologically limited.
With that said, 3 men began running at 4:45 picking up an additional 2 at 5:00, and 6 more at 5:30. With all the start times, out and back format was decided in each case.
For the 5:30 session, we ran the greenway toward Home Depot with special instructions to run 30 second pickups (5k pace) at every other 0.25 mile post. (You do the math). The pickups were performed with excellent form due to good instruction from Fenway.
Some PAX made it all the way to isle 4 of Home Depot before turning back. Despite finding some good deals, they returned without any purchases though.
Overall, it was a great day for a run. PAX got in between 4.5 and 11 miles and even did some Swedish speed play (Fartleks). Thanks for coming out!
