It was a cool 47 when 6 brave men chose to defeat the FS. We waited until the standard 5:31 and we were off. We moseyed past the movie theater and down the entrance to the greenway, circling up at the bottom by the pond for our warmup.

Beave was looking strong and fully recovered from the Craft Half. We shared stories of that fun event.
Dallas used today as his training and taper as well for Saturday’s V2V. Great work and see you in Asheville.
Omega is fresh from the mountains and brought the cold with him. Well played brother.
Mulligan was fresh from the beach, but did not bring the warm weather with him. Mostly because it wasn’t warm at the beach.
The Force was disappointed I answered his text this morning at 4:58. He was unable to FS, or go to a workout far closer to home. Glad you made it out.
Prayers up for my mom and dad as the Alzheimer’s is getting worse, and my dad is close to having to find a memory care home for my mom. Prayers to The Force and his family as his mom completed her 11th round of chemo and continues to stay positive and strong. Prayers also for all those traveling for Spring Break, and all unspoken prayers.
Until next time when I SYITG.
