4) Rucking with @jollyroger and @Dallas while they entice you to go camping in Asheville with promises of chasing unicorns, crashing bachelorette parties and weddings, sharing beds with other men and protecting yourself from sodomy, that qualifies as a good walk spoiled

6) Broadway Show is a great core exercise, if you think I chose it to embarrass some pax in front of the Burn Boot Camp, well, @minime was in attendance.  I have my standards, despite calls for Monkey Humpers, Pickle Pounders and Glute Bridges, I went with the somewhat embarrassing, but effective core strengthener that is the Broadway Show. @Pierogi required no further encouragement to cross the line.
