The Plan: The Mini-Badger
Workout is so named due to its relentless nature. First PAX member to complete the run segment, immediately begins next circuit. Everyone else joins in as they complete their runs. So no one should be standing around during the entire 45 minutes.

10 (IC) SSH
10 (IC) Merkins
10 (IC) Squats
10 (IC) Dr. W’s

(See main workout containing 9 rounds of Dr. W’s)
Reflection: “For to you it has been granted on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in Him, but also suffer for His sake.” — Philippians 1:29
We are not called to seek suffering, but we should be willing to endure it when it comes. Acceptance with faith that we can grow stronger for it and be made better after it’s over.
Mole Skin:
-
Shirley, with his jets, does 100% of this workout, everyone else filled in behind; with Q (gasping) protecting the 6.
-
Dandelion over sleeps and leaves the Q with a PAX of runners.
-
T-claps to Vortex for keeping PAX on point when Q was using random mumblerchatter in a effort to catch his breath.
-
Missed Clark today – when Q only post every 2 weeks, and Clark supports Mustang, it’s hard to get quality time in.
-
After the second round, the weather was perfect.
-
Gas should only be expelled on runs, and never in group exercise formations. If it’s not already a rule, it should be.
-
Don’t forget the Men’s study lead by Shirley and Retread. Even if you can’t make all the meetings, come when you can.
-
Please add Mertro and his M to your prayer list this week.
-
Also, add Goodwrench and his family as he lost his grandfather.
-
Really enjoyed being out with everyone today, not sure why I don’t do this more often. I feel better in the mornings and you’re all a great group of guys. Proud to call you friends.
