11 suckers showed up for what they thought would be an easy workout — surprise!  Horseshoe!

Well, not quite the Horseshoe, but close.  Here's what we did (approximately):

Thanks to everyone for coming out, including Outlaw who is prepping for his boards tomorrow.  Good luck!

HDHH at Harvey's Cornelius (right beside BURN) tomorrow 2/8 at 7:30, organized by Outlaw

Thanks Oyster for taking us out — and for the good mumblechatter, especially during Landline's slow Mericans

Omega was rolling today — out front and never looked back.  Good work!

Ninja Turtle proved to be a ninja during the calf raises, scaling the wall at Fast Fit and doing them on the ledge I usually use as a seat when we are doing people's chair

Thanks to my Oakhurst/Glenridge boys for the support.  I appreciate your being there

Despite a few complaints, I think Axel enjoyed himself.  The Horseshoe is always tough, but so is he.

And thanks to Hat Trick and Landline for leading a couple exercises during Mary.  Though I won't be asking Landline again.  SLOW MERICANS ARE NOT MARY!!!
