I was going to get in earlyto join one of the many run options this morning, but realized this morning that I did not want to run that much.
Shortly after I got in the sight of headlamps and sound of heavy breathing was moving toward me. All in attendance for Excelsior were part of one of the run choics this morning. As our go time was upon us, and we started out, Jorel came running in as well but did not double down.
Frogger neededto get another 3 mile in to meet his 9 mile quota so we joined him in the direction of the Rock.
As we got on the straight away for Jim Kidd Rd. it was questioned if there was gooing to be a pain station. I saidI was keeping them on their toesto not knowwhat was happening andmix it up a bit.
We made a stop for som LBC's, box cutters and merkins
Got to the Rockand did some Lietenant Dan's
Ran back, gottothe school an did a simple wall sit
made our way back to start and finished
