Ok, where was Cobra Kai??
Second, my feelings are kind of getting hurt, I have gone back and looked and every time I Q I get less PAX to show up each time (pout Pout)
I brought jump ropes. I brought a radio – Big time props (80s)
Using my insanely expensive (free) Tabata app, I lead a work out that was mostly around doing an exercise for 60 seconds. 1 minute does not sound like much, but you would be surprised.
Things we did for 1 min.:
– jump rope
– KB swings
– KB shoulder press
– KB squats
– Freddie Mercuries
– Hand release merkins
– Low flutter
– KB Lunges
– Burpees
– Skull Crushers
– So many more…
After a few min. we would run a lap.
At one point we ran to the pull up bars to bang out 30 pull ups, then did a bunch of dips, then did some step ups. Heck we even did downward dog and pigeon!
I think overall is was a good use of 45 min. Titan had to remind me at one point it was a KB workout.

Titian did a good job of PB his Q at Gladiator (that I didn't go to bc VQ Tugs).
I feel like my fitness is not to bad and pushed it pretty good, but that didn't seem to faze Deep Dish or Hollywood!

PS: 2 min is longer, maybe a new idea?
