Only 6 Pax found themselves unafraid of a little rain and ready to get their Man-Maker on. This marked my 9-year anniversary of participation in F3 workouts. The following summary is EXCATLY what happened, including all counts and comments, or my memory thereof.
BB disclaimer: some of this is fabricated. Workout disclaimer: All participants are responsible for their own actions.
The beginning was as expected with SSH X 100 (Cousin Eddie finished ahead of everyone)
Popcorn started complaining bitterly once we reached #72 saying “Ouch, ouch, my calves hurt. Will this workout never end?”
To which Stapler responded “Buckle up, she’s gonna be a bumpy ride. But don’t worry, I brought my Darth Vader bell to divert our focus from the pain.”
Next:
Downward Dog
Imperial Storm Trooper x 15
The Windmill X 15. We heard “OWW!” echoing off I-77, obviously uttered from a great distance by Gnarly Goat.
The American Push-up X 15. Cobra Kai intentionally injured his wrist the previous day by smashing it with a hammer so he wouldn’t have to complete any ‘Mericans or burpees. Clever, but short-sighted.
9 Burpees.
KB swing x 10
Low curl X 10
High curl x 10
Full curl x 10
Slow squat x 15
Overhead press x 15
Skull crusher x 15
Mosey to pull-up bars
10 pull-ups, 10 burpees
Mosey to back of school for WWII x 15. Sadly, there was no cover to be found and we got a little wet
Plank Jacks x 15
Mosey around to the front
Slow squat x 10
KB swing x 10
Overhead press x 15
The shoulder shrug x 15
Hand-release ‘Merican @ 10 (gotta get the front wet too)
Mosey back to pull-up bars
9 pull-ups, 9 burpees
Mosey to back of school for some more wet exercises
Mosey ‘round to the front
We finished up with more of the same, including those additional burpees Rascal was hoping for.
Thanks for handing over the Q, Stapler. And thanks for posting, Gents. See you boys again soon.
