Warm-up
Merkins X 10 IC, SSH X 10 IC, Runners Lunge, Merkins X 10 OYO, Cherry Pickers X 10 IC, Imperial Storm Troopers X 10 IC, Windmills X 10 IC. Q was called out immediately for merkins out of the gate…..modifications made on the first exercise in warm-up by one of the Pax who will remain nameless…..that's a first. I did recover though and got some overall postive feedback by the end of the workout.
Main Event
Merkin / Squat mile with Gazebo as ending point. Run 1/4 mile, circle for 25 X Merkins and 25 X Squats OYO. Repeat 4 times for 1 mile, 100 merkins and 100 squats.
Gazebo Set: 20 derkins, 20 step-up's, 20 dips, 20 abs, run around the parking lot. Repeat 3 times.
Run back to clubhouse.

- Solid work Surf and Grip (aka G-NIP, Nipper, G-RIP, G-Prick, Grip it and Rip it). Positive feedback from both on the workout……nailed it!!
