3. Mosey to the Green Monster – 10 wall climbs OYO, 10 partner assist "torso lifts", railing plank/crab walk x 4, balls to the wall…Repeato
4. 50 yard dash/negative pull-ups (10, 8, 6, 4) OYO x 4
5. Line hops x 10/Jog 2 laps, repeato, repeato again
Mary: Dips (12 IC), Incline Merkins (12 IC), Wall sits/Air press (20 IC)/Balls to the wall, Rosalita (15 IC)/6 inch holds/Homer to Marge

Moleskin: Most of us had gloves, but we needed kayaks and paddles too; We had to keep dodging a circling plane (INCOMING!); There are dense rocks/rocks like bricks/and awkward boulders (choose well); It was advised for our FNG to be sure to wear underwear to the next post (only for his own comfort).
