MOLGA initiative sets records at Outer LImits

Event Date

PAX in attendance but not registered at F3lakenorman.com:   Marshall, Meatball, Komen and Barbarino (guys please go register now)

MOLGA (Make Outer Limits Great Again) initiative is creating record attendance in Summers Walk!  9 PAX this morning got out in the unseasonably cool temps to sweat, get to know their neighbors and reconnect with F3!  Great effort by all!

YHC was the Q and took the pax on an short tour of the hood with pain stations scattered throughout.

The Thang:

Energetic Warmup at the clubhouse with the large turnout providing extra enthusiasm (SSH, Toy Soldiers, Moutain Climbers, stretch and Merkins)

Mosey to the SW version of The Green, partner up

Partner exercises:  100 merkins, 150 squats, 200 LBCs, one pax does exercise while partner loops the green, Methane showed up at this point, pushing our record attendance higher

Mosey to Swampthing's corner of the hood.  He had told us we could do monkey humpers in his front yard as penalty for him being OOT.  In his cul-de-sac:  12 MH's, 12 Carolina Drydocks, and mid-way Mary all in cadence

Mosey to the Horton Alley hill for modified ladder:  10, 8, 6, 8, 10 squats at the bottom, merkins at the top

Mosey to the playground for 2 X 10 pullups and 2 X LBC's, one set of picnic table dips, 60 second low plank

Back to the clubhouse the long way

COT:  TClaps all around for PAX this morning, no FNG's but several guys that haven't been out in a while.  They didn't say it, but they committed to weekly Outer Limits attendance.  Sparknut graciously pointed out that YHC is the WarDaddy of the group this morning!  That's a first.  Announcements included how newer guys can register here and Q reminders for upcoming Tuesdays (Methane next week, Meatball after that).  YHC reminded all how fortunate we are in in many ways including F3, and how we shouldn't take it for granted and need to spread F3 to our neighbors and be the best men in our communities that we can be.  YHC hasn't written a BB in a long time and I'm sure it shows…committed to improving in that area.

New 'hood connections were established.  YHC learned that Meatball is a fellow New Englander and Boston sports fan (wicked awesome!)  Several neighbors were met for the first time.  Thanks to Swing State for coming over from Davidson East…he's working on a few FNG's in that new hood.  YHC's ask is that we get some verteran F3 guys from established area AO's to occasionally join us and maybe guest Q (You'll be hearing from me!)  This is what it's all about!  Have a great day all!  #MOLGA
