An abbreivated warm-up at the Green with 15 SSH, 15 imperial strorm troopers, 10 LBC and some low back stretching (The Q as well as Stalker were whining about low back stiffness).
Quick jog taking the back way to the school for a "Stairway from 7/70". Group one at the picnic tables for 70 LBC – Group 2 to the pull up bars for 7 pull ups – then group 2 to the wall for wall sits while Group 1 finished their LBCs. Continue rotation, 60 low flutter, 6 pull ups, 50 high flutters, 5 pull ups, 40 SSH, 4 pull ups, 30 squats, 3 pull ups, 20 Merkens, 2 pull ups, 10 burpees, 1 pull up.
A brief recovery while we did a quick hamstring stretch (No 10 counts here!) and then past the church, down Goodrum (only to see its upside in a few minutes) to the parking lot behind/next to Carburritos. Partner up to split 50 burpees, 100 Merkens and 150 LBC while Partner runs up and down the hill.
Back to the Church – but wait.. lets sprint up Goodrum first. Then, a slow mozy back to the Green where I was too tired to speak, let alone record all present. The Duke says Strava had us at 2.8 miles.
At least 8 or 9 strong at 2nd F where it was learned Stalker's neighbors have been complaining about him yelling at his Mom to bring him more meatloaf. Flatley is up next.. Gentleman, start your engines!
