10 Pull Ups, 10 Derkins

- Great to see Twister again! He's muscled through after sickness and the big "V-Day". He's definitely a stud in my eyes. Good work today Twister!!
- Slow Roll came prepped today. New gloves, new reflective vest. Dude was set today! Glad he runs fast, so he can protect the pax with his new vest, definitely puts out a "glow". That combined with Q's light on his hat, we are beacons to oncoming traffic now. Q more comfortable now with runs on the main drag.
- Mojito shows up for workout already having run a mile, in training for his Palmetto Run, ready to go!
- Q learned that Merkins and Mountain Climber pain station is strong as train smoke! Feeling the burn on that one, pax questioned Q's preworkout planning on this one! Almost a mutiny at this pain station!
