Moleskin:

Surf nursing a hamstring injury from kickball on Saturday. His team won – so it was worth it. 

Tool Time laying down corn and throwing up stands – watch out Wilkes County bucks. 

Slow pushed the pax on the runs but got stung by the old IT-band again. Foam rolling session needed.
