Monday Mo!  2 Men appeared this am to get the Monday Mo!

 

Warmorama:

High Knees, Butt Kicks, Karyoke, Backwards Run, SSH x 25 IC, WM x15 IC, CP x 15 IC

 

The Thang:

After warming up, Pax went to work!

Run to front park.  Pax made 3 stops on the way to perform some exercises.

1st Stop:  Merkins x 10 IC

2nd Stop: Squats x 15 IC

3rd Stop: LBC's x 20 IC

At the park, pax did the following:

  • 10 pull ups
  • 10 leg lifts
  • 10 decline merkins IC
  • 10 lunges each leg

We repeated the above set a second time

3rd and 4th set we did the following:

  • 10 pull ups
  • 10 leg lifts
  • 10 decline merkins IC
  • 10 lunges each leg
  • 10 dips IC

Run back to base.

Stopped on the run back.

1st Stop: 10 merkins IC

2nd Stop: 15 Squat IC

Moleskin:

  • Great morning for a workout, weather was perfect!  
  • Double Double came out to get the week started out with some Momentum baby!  He was there early, ready to go to work!  Both of us got a good stretch in, and went to work.
  • Moon was cool looking, looked like it came right out of a magazine.
  • Q was impressed with Double's form on the squats, man was doing them right!
  • Great fellowship with Double and conversation.  Q saw Double out and about yesterday at the HT, apparently just missed Natty.
  • Thanks for taking us out Double!  Prayers for great recovery for Double's mom and wisdom for Double in this situation!
  • It was definitely an honor Double!
