Monday Morning shake down at the Vanquisher


13 Pax including 1 FNG – Sorry didn't get all the names so if anyone wants to fill in the blanks that would be much appreciated.

Object of the work out was to avoid running as much as possible which we did for the most part.  Problem with avoiding the running part was that you ended working harder to fill in the gaps.

Workout commenced with the typical warm o' rama followed by a block gathering mission.

Then a warm excerrcise that was a definite crowd pleaser –  Leap Frog Burpees

Then onto a series of ladders:

Ladder 1 – Dips/Curls to 20 by 2

Ladder 2 – Hand release Merkins (sort of) and overhead presses to 10 by 2

Ladder 3  –  Dry docks and chest presses to 10 by 2

Blocks back and a brief plank for mary.
