The Thank:

Start with 5, each round drop one. Start at top of steps mosey to end of side walk, LBC mosey to down under bar and do down unders, mosey to pull up bar, back to begining with crawl bear up the steps. 
When finished suicides in the parking lot unitl everyone is finished.
Since we were in position for suicides, we started with 5 burpees then run suicide then 4 burpees run suicide down to 1.  
Finish with mosey around the parking lot
