Warm up: ssh 10, wind mill 15, cotton picker 10, IST 15, warm up lap around church. Mosey to pavilion 

 

The thang: partner up, one partner does 50 squats while the other does laps around the inside of the pavilion. Plank hold when done. Next 25 lunges each leg, with other partner doing laps. Lbc when done. Third is 75 squat jumps while partner 2 does step ups

 

Mary: flutter kicks 20 ic, boat to canoe 10, LBC 71 ic, WWII 10 ic, box cutter 10 ic, cutter box 10 ic, Mason twist 10 ic, heels to Jesus 20 ic, crunchy frog 15 ic, the W 15 ic. 

 

Mosey back to start. COT and pray.
