(1) Thanks to Crimson for allowing me to Q True Grit (VQ) and choose the AO ! Special place in my heart for the BuRP, plus the 3 min commute heeds well ! Can really go in so many directions at BRP with the smooth turf smack dab in the middle good for all sorts of running ailments like shin splints and stuff !
(2) Double down by YHC & Uncle Rico working hard and steady, then walked into the Hall Monitor – MICHIGAN at 7 on the track ! Couldn't even swear because of all the wind sucking.
(3) All U need is another F3 Battle Buddy to make a good workout ! Rico & I were talking about what we would do if noone showed. Better with another to push forward & be accountable !
