Warm-a-rama:
We ran, and did warm-up stuff!
The Thang:
Mosey to the field playground:
- Pull Ups x10
- Knee Ups x10
- REPEATO
Mosey to the rock pile, and grab a dance partner (i.e. rock).
- Slow mosey to the concrete balls while doing skull crushers.
- Bear crawl and leap frog every other ball. Pax does curls while waiting.
- Feet first Crab Walks and leap frog every other ball. Pax does shoulder presses.
- Dragon Crawl and leap frog every other ball. Pax does upright rows.
- Monkey Humpers x15 IC
- Ape Walk and leap frog every other ball. Pax does chest presses.
Mosey to the hill at back of parking lot.
- Feet first Crab Walk up the hill.
- 10 Mericans at top
- Mosey down and plank
- REPEATO, but since YHC witnessed a lot of cheating on the first round, 'Golfing Rules' were invoked and any not performing the called exercise had to do their chosen exercise with their pants around their ankles. I didn't really expect you to do it Blackbeard! Fortunately, he kept his compression shorts up!!!
Mosey back to the rock pile while doing curls, then mosey back to the parking lot.
Mary:
- We did cool down exercises, including 30 seconds of extra credit!

- I walked out of my garage ready to jump in my Jeep and go, when i noticed a strang car at the end of my driveway with it's lights often, and making no sound! Despite being a little creeped out, the driver offered free candy, so i hopped in! Thanks for the lift Topgun!!
- Despite being called 'Late Night', as usual he was the first one at the AO. I didn't hear much complaining out of him, so i guess i'll have to make the next one harder!?
- I appreciate Snake Eyes driving past a couple of other F3 workouts to come to my Ball…and on his first day of starting a new job! This dude is a BEAST!!!
- I'm not sure what has gotten into Travolta, but he ran to the workout this morning! He did the same thing at Mighty Jungle on Saturday!!?? If he runs to The Wilderness, we may need an intervention…even though all 3 AOs are only about 4/10ths of a mile from his house!!! Also, Travolta told me that i'm not allowed to eat before workouts…i'm not sure why!?!? Though I think Blackbeard may have an idea…sorry brother!!!
- I knew it was colder this morning when Amen strolled up in his blue hoody. It wasn't long before he shed that thing though! I think i'm going to take up a collection from the PAX to invest in a new one for him that is about 2 to 3 sizes smaller. Dude's whithering away to nothing!!! Oh…and I'm pretty sure Amen shouldn't eat before workouts either!!!
- Knockout looked like he was having fun out there this morning! It's about time you Q'd one of these brothers! You're ready, and I'll co-Q with you!!
- It was nice having IKEA back out in the gloom. It seems like it has been forever!!! He had some crack about Poland, that i can't exactly remember, but it wouldn't be safe to post it here anyway. I just was disappointed that he warned me now, and not 25 years ago during that one summer in band camp!
- Thanks Funky Town for the opportunity to Q. This AO has a lot to offer, and I hope I did not disappoint!? Let me know if no one takes the Q next week. Maybe Knockout and I will take it!?
