The Thang:

1. Mosey to water tower..balls to the wall and shuffle all the way around…lbc's until all finished

2. Mosey back to business complex parking lot..4 corners..Round 1: broad jump burpees (1 jump) to one corner..2 merkins..merking shuffle (1 shuffle) to the next corner..2 burpees…broad jump burpees (1 jump) to the next corner..2 merkins….merkin shuffle (1 suffle) to the next corner..2 burpees…..plank and lbc's until everyone catches up………Round 2:  broad jump bumpees (2 jumps) to one corner…5 merkins…merkin shuffle (2 shuffles) to the next corner…5 burpees…broad jump burpees (2 jumps) to the next corner…5 merkins…merkin shuffle (2 shuffles) to the next coner..5 burpees……..100 slow deep squats in cadence while waiting for everyone to catch up

3.  Mosey back to AO stopping 3 times to complete 5 burpees and 1 time for 10 burpees….
