We had 5 ruckers this morning starting at 4:45 which included Lear, Brushless, Rent-a-cop,cupcake and YHC. Fun was had by all.
The Murph:
Ran with Loveshack, Easy,Rent-a-Cop leading the way.
Went to playground pulled, pushed and bent IC with every member of the PAX calling out cadence. Thank you.
We then ran again.
Came back to parking lot and finished with:
15 LBC
15 Mason Twist
10 WWII sit ups
15 low flutters requested by Brushless
10 Box cutters
