13 Fine men showed up for a beatdown with lower than expected morale problems. YHC noticed immediately before the beatdown, the PAX was quiet. Nervous. Tired. Afraid. As I later found out, the two prevoius works,(both led by Mailman) simply beat the pax down to a pulp through a large number of burpees. Regardless, PAX stepped up and this is how it went down:
Pain Station One;
- Top: 25 Squats
- Sprint to the bottom.
- Bottom: 25 Lunges
- Decrease by 5.
Pain Station 2:
- Top: 25 Merkins
- Sprint to the bottom.
- Bottom: 25 CDD
- Decrease by 5.
Pain Station 3:
- Top: 30 Second Balls to the Walls
- Sprint to the bottom.
- Bottom: 30 People's Chair
- Decrease by 5.
Pain Station 4:
- Top: 25 V- Legs
- Sprint to the bottom.
- Bottom: 25 LBC's
- Decrease by 5.
No Mary. Recover Recover.
