Warmup

  • 10 windmills IC
  • 10 cotton pickers IC
  • 10 imperial storm troopers IC
  • 30 SSH IC as Crabby pulls into the parking lot

Beatdown

Head to playground for instruction

20 minute AMRAP

  • 10 pull ups
  • 20 merkins
  • 20 curls each arm (choose your dumbell: 20 lbs – 35lbs)
  • 20 skull crushers
  • 1 lap around parking lot
  • repeat

10 minute AMRAP – pick 2

  • 20 calf raises
  • 20 step ups each leg
  • 20 lunges each leg
  • 20 squats
  • 1 lap around parking lot
  • repeat

Mary

  • 20 WW1s with dumbbells
  • 40 LBC with dumbbell
  • 15 Low Flutters IC
  • 10 pretzel Crunch each leg IC
