  1. Farmer Carry the blocks to the end of the parking lot. Along the way stop for:

    • Lawn Mower pulls Right and Left arms

    • 5 deep block mericans

  2. Down to the playground

  3. 5 pullups, 5 burpees, 5 mericans, 10 squats©

  4. Run around the Oak Tree circle

  5. Back to the playground

  6. 5 pullups, 5 burpees, 5 mericans, 10 squats©

  7. Farmer Carry the blocks to the end of the parking lot. Along the way stop for:

    • Lawn Mower pulls Right and Left arms

    • 8 deep block mericans

    • 5 deep block mericans

  8. Peoples Chair on the wall

    • Air Press 10©

    • Balls to the wall

  9. Farmer Carry the blocks to the end of the parking lot. Along the way stop for:

    • 5 deep block mericans

    • 10 Chest Press

    • 10 block pull overs

  10. Down to the playground

Great weather out today, 50 degrees and dry except for the puddles. Much improved over last week’s bitter cold. The workout started exactly on time, which was a tad early for Amen who pulled in after we started our jog to the back of the school. We tried to circle around the school to get him to get him, which was a mistake as he was running behind us. After the main group turned around the Pax was finally united. With my Q abilities shown to be highly suspect the fun could now begin.   Very nice to see our old MQ Nordberg back again and I heard him promise to Q this month so keep an eye out for a throwback Monday in December. Travolta pointed out that I had lifted a few exercises today from the Gladiator lineup. Tuesdays at St. Marks is a great place for Q’s to learn new and more painful ways to keep the Pax in shape (Unpaid advertisement). Toxic pointed out many other things wihci I was doing wrong but as always, exercise suggestions during a workout are appreciated but ignored.

Thank you FunkyTown for letting me Q today. I think it was Sunday morning I knew, I needed a plan to get myself to a workout on Monday and signing up Q is always the best method.
