Once Tantrum arrived we left the AO and head to the start of Mortimer Hill. Ran up to the first intersection and back, second intersection and back, top of hill and back, top of hill and to the right and back, top of the hill and to the left. 4 miles total and roughly 5k route for the Mortimer Hill Challenge (might need to make that a Strava segment).
Always a great way to start the week!
