Dingo reminded me to get out the pre-blast after he sent the pre-blast.
We started with a lot of mosey (my favorite) with some non-traditional warmaram (Abe Vigodas, Mtn climbers, folding chair, SSH, and some mobility work).
We grabbed some blocks and did some progressive/suicides with a set of curls, Zamp your block to the middle of the lot, run back perform a burpee then proceed to your block for a set of chest presses. Then Zamp your block forward for Lawnmowers, run to end, perform a burpee, run to your block, Zamp in fwd for squats. Do this with 10 reps, repeato with 15 reps then repeato with 20 reps. It's hard to describe, but we logged 2 miles+
We Replaced the blocks then perform some Mary (Low flutter, Low dollies and Suzanne Somers; finish with Merkins.)
Gypsy crushed it for a guy who was kottering; The Dogs fought over a ball while we scampered around them.
This group provided the least amount of mumble chatter I've ever gotten. My mother gives me more mumble chatter than this group.
