6 hard chargers with hair on their chests got it done with dope tunes blaring @ #TheGeneral. Here’s what went down:

YHC decided to bring out the big buckets and balls for a painful game of PONG, and so the story begins…
Each Pax has one attempt to get the ball into the empty bucket a few feet away. They could do bank shots off the wall, bounce off the ground, or a straight shot (whatever it takes). While taking the shot, all other Pax does squats OYO. Making the shot allows each Pax to call his own exercise with at least 20 reps with or without a block. A miss, however, would result in either a round of ‘MERICANADO or CORENADO (called by the Pax who missed).

COT/Namarana/Prayer Requests:
-Teenage drivers-concerns for safety, given recent Mooresville accident of LKN HS student. Remember the Knight family.

-Toby’s family appreciates the prayers and support during their time of loss of his father-in-law. Please continue to pray for his mother-in-law, wife, and family. Also pray for peace for a man named Dillon and his family who were involved in the incident.

No one will be left behind, but it all starts with the discipline to take one step on your own.
