Participated in a fundraising event in Mount Afton that our F3 Meca brothers support this morning. The challenge is a 2 hour walk, ruck or run whatever you choose. Thankful to have my M and my Ridgeback boy Hank join us. Great event for Mental Health Challenges and Suicide Prevention. NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) of Cabarrus County, raised over 23k this morning!!!

Canuck, Bagboy, my M and Hank all got 7 miles in!! Strong work for a windy and chilly morning. Airstream got in 12.75 miles, could not finish last lap under 2 hours. 
Fun morning, great fund raiser, unfortunately 2 of our F3 brothers were honored this morning, this illness is more prominent then we know. Let’s keep our F3 brothers in our prayers, thoughts and reach out to a brother when you have not seen or heard from him for a period of time.
