Yesterday I took a family hiking trip to Grandfather Mountain. It was so awe-inspiring that I thought we should incorporate some "mountain" themes into a workout. The pax (P'Diddy, Bojangles, Fannie Mae, Spinnarkle) were very pleased 🙂
Warmups:
20 SSH, 10 cotton pickers, 15 IST, 15 Merkins, Calf Stretch, Runners Stretch and Lunges (gotta stretch the legs and back if you are climbing)

Stairway to 7

Repeat, but go backwards (corner 4, 3, 2, 1) and have counts of 10 each.
1/2 stadium snake
Mosey back to The Green for Mary and COT with the 0530 crew
According to my tracker, we hammered out the equivalent of over 100 flights of stairs and about 3.5 miles. That is mountain-climb inspired!! Great job Pax!!!
