The Thang
Mosey to the back. Here we did 3 rounds of the following:
Timer = Carry Bertha (90# sandball) to the "Gates" and back
Puller = Had a rope tied to the 96# sandbag and we sat on the outside rim of the playground and pulled it across the playground – about 15 yards. Turn around and pull it the other way then!
Player = Rd1 was 62# KB swings, Rd 2 was tricep extensions, Rd 3 was Landmine presses
After rounds 1 and 2 we mosied up LBH and did 5 burpees. After round 3 we did 25 IC low flutters and 25 IC low dollies.
Plus we had to carry all the stuff back to my car!
Moleskine
BIG congrat's to Salty who is finally checked off as a rescue responder with the Sherrills Ford Volunteer Fire Department. No small task as you have to know every tool and where it is on every vehicle plus all the other stuff. Thanks so much to adding your talents to keep our community safe and well!
Big congrat's to Shirley for doing 42 miles on the App Trail in TWO DAYS! Crazy mileage, bro!!!!
Reflection
Really there is nothing more important for a reflection than bearing my testimony that Christ Lives! I am positive. I have had unique and sacred experiences throughout my life that have witnessed of His divinity, His life, His Resurrection and His continued care for all people. Because of Him all things are made whole, all things are possible and life is good. I don't know all things, but I am sure that Christ is the Redeemer and that is enough to carry me through anything. May you all find the same assurance this beautiful Easter!
Always fun to lead.
