All of the exercises were compound explosive throws down to the woods and back – 25-30 yards:
Squat thrust throw
Swing throw
Right press down & Left Press back
Skull Crusher (don’t release early) throw
Full curl throw
Left chop throw down & Right throw back
Over head slam into ground
Chest press throw
Zamperini back and finish with a bowling bell throw aka “spark it up” in honor of the H2C team

Frogger showed up 1st and was a little worried when no one else was there until about 5:25 with the arrival of DH, TG, & YHC.
The irony wasn’t lost on the running PAX attending a non-running workout
We learned Frogger got kicked out of a shooting range when he fired a 50 caliber at a golf cart ; Topgun made his CO laugh when he got hold of a 50 cal and was yelling get some while unloading on the target, and we learned Diehard is a master KB divot replacer.
I wanted to try something different and we had the right size group to stay out of each other’s throwing areas. Nice job today and thanks for coming out and holding me accountable.
