12 stong stretchers showed up in the gloom at the Clubhouse.   Funny how the numbers jump up when the temperature comes down.

  • Warm up stretching
  • forward fold for 50 sec
  • Wide forward fold for 50 sec
  • Standing Quad Stretch 25 sec each leg
  • Down Dog 50 sec
  • Up Dog 50 sec
  • runners stretch 25 sec each leg
  • Pigeon 25 sec each leg
  • Spinal Twist 25 sec each side
  • Triangle pose 25 sec each side
  • Twisting Triangle pose 25 sec each side.

  • The mumble chatter was very lively this moring.  Topics from Teslas targetting Police cars to India porn (no films were shown, please do not encourage this PAX).
  • Mumble chatter was loud enough to drown out the Q.  I am not sure anyone actually heard what I said.
