Moleskin:
- so very tired after a long weekend of frozen pizza, a keg or 2 of beer, and so many pizza rolls i can't count
- Lots of BS calls and a few from Junk where he decided not to abbreviate
- Ty Webb and Caboose were always leading the PAX, well done
- I had something else in mind for part of the work out, but Calypso said, "are we going back down the ladder," so i started to best i could, but didn't have time for a full reversal, but a pretty good run down at the end
After close to 2 years at F3, I have led many workouts and love to do it and hope most people hate it, but glad they showed up. I have yet to lead a prayer and i asked at the end as i always do, "who wants to take us out?" no one responded and Firestone said, 'you are the Q'. so i went forward. Not something that's always been comfortable for me, so it was a push i needed and was glad to have been pushed to do so and lead in a different way today. So thank you again to the men of F3 making men stronger leaders in more ways than one!
GO HOOSIERS!
